The client wanted to completely strip the house back to its shell and start fresh, transforming it into a stylish, modern family home tailored to their needs and lifestyle.

Partway through the build, the client decided to revise the original plans. Result:
The heart of the home is now a stunning open-plan kitchen, living, and dining space flooded with natural light thanks to full-width bi-fold doors and two roof lanterns overhead. These features not only brighten the space but also create a seamless connection to the garden, perfect for family life and entertaining. In the snug, we restored the original parquet flooring, preserving a beautiful piece of the home’s character while blending it effortlessly with the more modern updates.
